The apartment is located in a multi-floor residential building on the outskirts of downtown Puerto de la Cruz. It is on the 2nd floor with a view of Los Roques (a very popular beach for hikers, surfers and couples). The house has a large pool and a beautiful garden to relax. The popular hiking trail Mirador San Pedro is right outside the front door and the sun all year round on the balcony.
The apartment
The location at the end of a dead-end street guarantees you rest from the traffic. You have at your command a fully equipped, bright and friendly studio with sea view, completely renovated in October 2022.
In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa, a table with 4 chairs, a closet and your workplace - if you want to work. Open the sliding door to the balcony and enjoy the view, the sound of the sea and the sun.
The kitchenette with counter offers you a ceramic hob with four plates, including an oven, a sink, a washing machine and a refrigerator and a separate freezer unit, along with complete cooking equipment, coffee maker and toaster. Of course there are drinking glasses, wine glasses, champagne bowls as well as cooking pots, plates, cups, etc.
You will find rest and sleep in two separate Relex beds.
Plenty of storage space is available in the dressers and in the wardrobe. In the dresser and in the closet you will find bed linen and towels.
The bathroom is equipped with a wellness shower with waterfall, rain shower and massage function. You shower with the view of the gorgeous bay. The mirror is illuminated and the sink is equipped with a spacious vanity cabinet. Come in and feel comfortable.
Access for guests
You can use all areas of the house. You have access via the house key to the garden, which offers a lot to discover with palm trees and tropical plants, and to the heated pool.
You have a staircase but also new elevators at your command. The parking lot, which is free of charge, also has a handicapped parking space that can be used if necessary. The entire facility is barrier-free, which makes many things easier.
