The apartment is located in a multi-floor residential building on the outskirts of downtown Puerto de la Cruz. It is on the 2nd floor with a view of Los Roques (a very popular beach for hikers, surfers and couples). The house has a large pool and a beautiful garden to relax. The popular hiking trail Mirador San Pedro is right outside the front door and the sun shines all year round on the balcony.
The apartment
The location at the end of a dead-end street guarantees you rest from the traffic. At your command is a fully equipped, completely renovated in October 2022, bright and friendly studio with sea view.
In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs, a wardrobe and a flat cupboard. Open the sliding door to the balcony and enjoy the view, the sound of the sea and the sun. The kitchenette with counter offers you a ceramic hob with four plates, a sink, a large washing machine and a refrigerator, along with complete cooking equipment, coffee maker and toaster.
Rest and sleep you will find in the 1.6 m wide Relex bed with continuous cozy mattress.
Plenty of storage space is available under the bed and in the wardrobe with sliding doors and drawers. In the glass cabinet in the bedroom you will also find literature about the island and books to browse and study. In the bottom cabinet you will find bed linen and towels.
The bathroom is equipped with a wellness shower with waterfall, rain shower and massage function. You shower with the view of the gorgeous bay. The mirror is illuminated and the sink is equipped with a spacious vanity unit.
Access for guests
You can use all areas of the house. You have access via the house key to the garden, which offers a lot to discover with palm trees and tropical plants, and to the heated pool. You have a staircase but also new elevators at your command. In the parking lot, which is free of charge, there is also a parking space for the disabled, which can be used if necessary. The entire complex is barrier-free, which facilitates many things.
